“I'm not the biohacker type that measures every aspect of my life, but Coco does and then speaks to me like a human. It's taken a ton of anxiety off my plate. I feel like I've been having fewer “off” days and have consistency back in my life.”
“If you'd told me I'd look forward to an AI asking how I slept, I'd have laughed. But those quick morning nudges have helped keep me way more on top of my health than I've ever been.”
“I honestly do not know where I'd be without this app. There was a night I couldn't sleep from the pain. Coco suggested a breathing routine and stayed “awake” with me, chatting until the meds kicked in. It helped me get through a potentially scary episode.”
“I catch myself talking to Coco while I make breakfast. It really doesn't feel like an app, it feels like a friend who actually pays attention.”
“I used to try to keep ten different health apps up to date. Now I just ask Coco. It remembers the little things I forget and checks in when I push too hard. Honestly feels like someone has my back.”
No. Coco is designed to work alongside your existing care, not replace it. Coco helps with day-to-day health decisions, noticing patterns, and staying on track between appointments. You should still rely on your licensed clinician for diagnosis, prescriptions, and urgent or acute care. Coco can help with non-urgent questions like: • “Is this lab result something I should follow up on?” • “Can you remind me to stretch in the evening?” • “I’ve been sleeping poorly — what might be contributing?” • “Can you help me plan meals that support my goals?”
Coco is meant to take the mental load out of staying healthy. She can help with: • Day-to-day health guidance across sleep, energy, movement, nutrition, and stress • Noticing patterns over time and flagging changes that may need attention • Helping you stay consistent with habits, medications, and refills • Explaining labs, reports, and trends in plain language • Preparing questions before doctor appointments • Checking in proactively instead of waiting for you to ask Coco is especially useful in the space between doctor visits, where most health decisions actually happen.
Coco learns from a combination of what you share, your health data (if you connect it), and ongoing conversation. She can pull in things like wearable data, medical records, and patterns from past chats, then use that context to give guidance that fits you, not generic advice. Over time, Coco builds a better picture of how your body responds to different routines, habits, and situations. As your data and circumstances change, Coco’s guidance adjusts with you.
No. They’re helpful, but not required. You can start just by talking to Coco. What you share in conversation is often the most valuable signal. If and when you’re ready, you can connect wearables or medical records to add more context — everything folds into the same experience. You’re always in control of what you connect.
Coco is an AI health coach you chat with inside the app. Coco’s guidance engine is informed by the latest clinical studies, but the experience is conversational and personalized to you.
Yes! Many people use Coco as part of their broader wellness routine. Coco can help you track patterns, adjust routines, and stay on top of changes — but she doesn’t diagnose conditions or replace medical care. She’s there to support you in managing day-to-day decisions and noticing when something might be worth following up on.
Coco keeps track of what’s changed over time — from your conversations, connected data, and patterns she’s noticed. She’ll check in regularly with short, focused updates when something looks different or worth attention. These are designed to be quick to read and easy to act on. You can engage as much or as little as you want. If Coco is only trying to understand a small detail, a conversation might only take 30 seconds. If you want to go deeper, Coco’s always available to talk.
Most health apps either track data or answer questions when you ask. Coco does both — and more importantly, she connects the dots over time. She remembers context, notices patterns, and reaches out when something changes, instead of waiting for you to think of the right question. The goal isn’t simply capturing more data. It’s better judgment, with less effort.
Coco is not for emergencies or urgent care. If you’re having a medical emergency, please contact your doctor or call 911.
Coco is free while in beta! Longer term, we do not expect Coco to be covered by traditional insurance, but you will be able to pay for your membership using HSA or FSA funds. We’re also working to make Coco available through employers and other health benefit programs in the near future.
Your data is yours. It is private to you, encrypted, and never shared or sold. We only use your information to support your care and improve your plan. You’re always in control and can disconnect or delete your data at any time. Coco uses enterprise-grade security, and your data is fully encrypted at rest so your health information stays safe and secure.
